Multi-stage deposition of metals from a sulfate solution with high concentration iron, aluminum, copper, zinc, and nickel has been studied. The concentrations the components correspond to composition sub-basement waters Gaisky GOK. Granular magnesia-silicate reagent based on serpentinite (Khalilovsk magnesite deposit, Orenburg region, Russia) used as an alkaline agent. reagent's ability reduce acidity solutions is due presence products destruction original serpentine mineral, mainly magnesium oxide. results multi-stage purification simulation have presented. It found that did not wholly exhaust its activity during single contact solution. Therefore, possibility repeated use for 2nd 3rd time As neutralized according known pH range beginning complete metal compounds, first then aluminum are deposited. For copper nickel, effect co-precipitation observed until precipitation poorly soluble compounds reached. Iron main component precipitations at 1st, 2nd, stages, which corresponds = 2.4-3.7. At 4th stage (pH 4.0), consisted compounds. content in increase decreased major (aluminum iron) increase. zinc occurs precipitations, but granules surfaces. Precipitations enriched iron obtained. Sorption processes prevents individual by these metals. Thermally activated minerals can be considered promising technogenic neutralization purification.
